Steven Roberts/Paul Roberts took a narrow win on Harlech & DMC’s Rali Llyn; after 120 miles of motoring they came home just fourteen seconds ahead of Elfyn Richards/Daniel Richards. This was Steven Roberts’ fourth win on the event but brother Paul’s first.

Huw Myfyr/Gwawr Hughes were the only crew still clean of penalties when their Golf lost a wheel at around the one third mark. Merfyn Hughes/Graham Dance inherited the lead until a broken clutch cable stopped their Impreza just after Petrol.
Roberts/Roberts then moved to first place, but Richards/Richards drew level with one section to go, however the latter crew couldn’t hold on to the flying Escort in the closing miles.
The brothers' success came despite them having stopped to pull top seeds Carwyn Evans/Alan Jôs out of a ditch.
Gerallt Davies/Owen Dodd and Mei Jones/Steve Herbert both crashed out of the rally on the same corner on the first section.
Dafydd Rhys Edwards/Rhun Ellis snatched the Semi-Expert class win from Griff Evans/Robin Evans on the very last section.
