Winners: Charlie Brown/Neil Turner (Fiat Lupo)
Charlie Brown/Neil Turner took their VW Lupo to the Open Class win and the overall award on Hawick & Border CC's Teviotdale Rally.
Results were based on classes as each class was provided with different navigation, the Open Class receiving the most demanding.
Crews tackled a 100 mile route in the Scottish Borders with the cold weather making the going slippery in places. The event was a round of four championships.
For Brown and Turner the win continued a good run of success, they'd won the Clydesdale together the previous month and each had also won a rally a piece with different partners already in 2005.
Andy Whittaker/Charlie Tynan demonstrated their experience on navigational events by taking a comfortable win in the Intermediate Class and extending their lead in the Tyneside Motorsport Group Championship in the process.
Monty Pearson/Garry Pearson won the Newcomers Rally, their third such victory of the year.
