Mark Phillips/Tom Blackley, competing in John Davies’ Welsh Championship winning Astra, put together a consistent performance to take first place on the Morswyn Williams Memorial Rally. Kenny Rogers/Paul Tattersall led at Petrol but retired in the second half. Dylan Thomas and 14 year old Owen Evans were third overall and had a clear lead in the Beginners class before a costly wrong slot dropped them to 13th at the Finish.
